Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice for a cancellation or amendment. I hope you appreciate that, as a small business, I need to fill available slots and late cancellations directly affect my income. Please give me as much notice as you can in the event of any changes to your schedule or illness or injury. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price; changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price. If I am able to fill the slot at short notice, I won't charge you.
